The AIR team builds the whole online structure of your business: website, app, custom system, AI agent and paid traffic. All of it talking to each other, under one contract.
It starts with a free audit. We search your business on a phone, exactly the way your customer would, and show you what comes up.
Message us on WhatsApp. We search, send you what we found and talk it through. If working together doesn't make sense, the audit is yours anyway.
Free audit, no strings attached

your business + your city
A business directoryA page about your business that isn't yours.
A competitorThey have their own site. That's why they rank above you.
Your InstagramWhere people go to check. And look at the date.
This is the screen we pull on a phone and send you in the audit.
What holds a business back
It isn't a lack of promotion. It's an amateur setup.
They found you, took one look and moved on. Or they messaged you and waited. None of this is your fault — it's what nobody told you.
With no site, someone else speaks for you
Search shows whatever exists, and something always exists.
People looking for your service land on a directory, a competitor's page or an old listing you forgot about. With no address of your own, the version of your business that shows up in search was written by somebody else.
The boost button
Boosting and targeting are not the same thing.
Boosting hands your post to whoever the app picks. Targeted traffic on Meta Ads hands it to whoever you pick: area, age, interest, people who already visited your profile. The cost is similar. Where the money goes isn't.
Support lives on your thumb
Every repeated question goes through your hands.
Hours, address, price, how it works. It's the same answer over and over, typed by you, between one task and the next. Meanwhile yesterday's quote sits there and goes cold.
Every piece in its own corner
The site doesn't know the customer. The system doesn't know the ad.
The lead arrives on WhatsApp, the record sits in a spreadsheet, the order goes in a notebook, and the ad runs on its own with no idea whether it turned into a sale. Each piece working apart has a low ceiling, and you hit it fast.
Work delivered
Who trusts our work
Three jobs delivered. Two of them are live right now, and you can open them and judge for yourself. They're in Portuguese — we're based in Brazil, and that's who these clients serve.
Running, cycling and triathlon coaching, led by Hadson Caldas. The athletes and the following are his, built before we met. What's ours in this story is the site.
The three came in through different pillars of the AIR Method. Two through Integrate, one through Attract. That's on purpose: on its own, none of the fronts holds up for long. That's why they go together.
Notice there isn't a single number here.
No revenue screenshots, no percentages, no chart going up. We didn't keep a record of what these businesses looked like before we arrived, so we're not going to write about it. We can tell you what was delivered and to whom, and hand you the link so you can open it and judge for yourself.
AIR Method
Attract, Integrate, Retain. In that order, always together.
AIR is the name of the team and the name of how we work. Three fronts, one contract, one direction.
AAttract
Targeted traffic on Meta Ads
You choose the area, the age and the interest of whoever sees the ad. Whoever clicks lands on a page of yours, not on a post lost in a feed.
IIntegrate
Site, app and system in one place
Three pieces speaking the same language. What comes in through one shows up in the other immediately, with nobody retyping anything.
RRetain
An AI agent looking after whoever arrived
Answers right away, at any hour, and keeps the history. Someone who reached out at eleven at night isn't left waiting until tomorrow.
Want to know which of the three is missing in your case? We tell you before you hire anything.
The AIR team doesn't sell pieces separately. What we build is this, wired one into the other.
Professional website
Loads fast on a phone, explains what you do, and has one button. It's where people check whether you're serious before reaching out.
Mobile and desktop app
Android, iPhone and desktop. Your business on your customer's home screen, without depending on anyone's feed.
Custom system
Records, orders, scheduling, history. Built around how you actually work, not a generic tool you have to bend into.
AI agent
Answers on WhatsApp, handles what repeats, logs who reached out and passes you what needs a human. It's what ties the site, the app and the system together.
Paid traffic
Meta Ads targeted by area, age and interest. Whoever clicks lands on your site and your app, not on a loose photo.
All connected
The ad sends people to the site, the site records them in the system, the agent tells you. One feeds the other, with no copying between tools.
And after launch: monthly maintenance
None of this is a job you hand over and walk away from. Browsers update, stores change rules, Meta redesigns the dashboard. Monthly maintenance is what keeps everything live, fixed and watched — and it's in the proposal from day one, not a surprise later.
Why together
A single piece has a low ceiling.
You can hire just one front. You'll just know in advance where it jams.
Traffic with no destination
Leaky bucket
You pay for the click, the person arrives, finds nowhere to check who you are, and leaves. The ad money left your account all the same.
Site with no traffic
Shop with no door
The site is finished, it looks good, and nobody walks in. A site doesn't bring people on its own. Somebody has to send them.
Both with no system
Leaky bucket again
People show up, you can't keep up with replies, the contact gets buried in the chat, and you find out a week later. Volume without structure is a lost opportunity with more witnesses.
That's why all three go into the same contract. You pick one path and give it time to work.
Free audit
Which one is yours today?
Pick one. We show you what's usually behind it and what the next step is.
The button opens WhatsApp with the message already written. You just hit send.
What's usually behind it
Nobody finds me on Google
People looking for your service find a competitor, a directory, or nothing. You have no address of your own in search.
What we'd do
A professional site live, with the pages your customer is looking for.
Next step
We search your business on a phone and send you what comes up today.
If your question isn't here, send it on WhatsApp and we'll answer.
Yes, remotely. We're based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on UTC−3, and we work over WhatsApp and video calls. Everything we build — site, app, system, agent, ads — works the same from here. What we agree on before starting is the meeting window, so the time difference doesn't turn every question into a day of waiting.
It depends on the size of the job. We'd rather give you a number after looking at your business than guess one now and walk it back later. The audit is free and commits you to nothing.
No. The work is the whole structure, under one contract. A finished site with nobody sending people to it sits still, and then the site gets the blame. If only part of it fits your budget right now, say so in the audit and we'll tell you straight whether it's worth starting.
Not every business does, and we'll say so to your face. An app matters when customers come back repeatedly: coaching, clinics with follow-ups, delivery, subscriptions, bookings. If yours is a one-off purchase, we'll tell you it isn't worth it and put the money somewhere else.
You do, directly with them. Apple charges USD 99 a year and Google a one-time USD 25 registration fee. It isn't our margin, it's a pass-through, and it goes in the proposal separately from our price. It stays on your card because the account is yours: if the Apple membership lapses, the app disappears from the store until you renew.
The part that repeats: hours, address, how it works, what you offer. It logs who reached out and hands you the conversation when it needs a person. You still decide, and whoever writes in knows from the first message that they're talking to an automated assistant.
Whatever your customers speak. The site, the app and the agent can be built in your language — this page you're reading is proof we work in more than one. What we won't do is machine-translate your business and call it done: the copy is written for the market you actually sell to.
We don't give you a timeline. Anyone who gives you a results timeline is guessing. What we can agree on is what gets delivered, in what order, with you following each delivery.
The AIR team. Whoever answers you on WhatsApp is Arthur or someone on the team, and whoever joins the conversation will already have read your case. You don't repeat the same story to three different people.
No. Site, app and system aren't a job you hand over and walk away from: browsers update, stores change rules, Meta redesigns the dashboard, and what was working stops on its own. That's why the work includes monthly maintenance, and that's what keeps everything live, fixed and watched. It's in the proposal from the start.
You message us on WhatsApp and tell us what your business is. Arthur or someone from the AIR team searches on a phone, the way your customer would, and sends you what comes up. If working together makes sense, we talk. If it doesn't, the audit is yours anyway.
Because the price depends on what your business needs, and we only know that after looking. A pricing table would force you to fit a package before we understand your case. We'd rather give you the number on WhatsApp, with the audit already done.
Next step
Tell us what your business is. We'll search today.
You send the name, we search on a phone the way your customer would, and send back what came up. No deck, no proposal, no strings.
